3D Printed Parts & Materials.
Simplified Rigging
The mast is securely locked in place using a notched reverse disk. A recessed mast well lowers the sail by 15mm, improving overall balance and performance.
The rig is designed so the boom and mast naturally apply tension, creating a firm, stable sail leech (trailing edge).
The sail uses printed battens and reinforced corners with integrated eyelets, all simply taped in place with spinnaker tape. Simple, strong, and effective.
Clean Stern Design
The rudder and arm are integrated into one solid printed part for strength and simplicity.
Using the full allowance of the measuring box, the rudder is positioned at the stern to maximise leverage and control.
The result is a more stable, responsive and faster boat on the water.
Fun Size & Fast Build
Small, simple, and quick to build.
The full set of parts can be printed in around 12 hours, using minimal filament.
It’s an easy way to get on the water without a big time or material commitment.
In this picture you can see the RS Footy sitting next to her big sister the RS760.
