Refund Policy

At Racing Sparrow, I want you to feel confident when purchasing.

This site offers both digital products (such as STL and build files) and physical products (such as 3D printed kitsets). Because these are delivered in different ways, the refund terms differ.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

Because files are accessible immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are not normally offered once a download has taken place.

If you have not yet downloaded your files and you change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible. If the files have not been accessed, I can disable the download link and issue a refund.

If you experience any issues, I will help.

This includes:

  • Problems accessing your files

  • Corrupt or missing files

  • Issues that prevent you from using the design

  • Uncertainty about how to proceed

Email info@racingsparrow.co.nz within 14 days of purchase and I will work with you to resolve it.

Physical Products (3D Printed Kitsets)

If you receive a physical product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact info@racingsparrow.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.

Please include a brief description of the issue and photos where possible.

Where an issue is confirmed, I will work with you to provide a replacement part or appropriate resolution.

3D printed parts are functional components. Minor surface variation and visible layer lines are normal and are not considered faults.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted on physical products.

 

Shipping Issues

All physical orders are shipped with tracking.

If your item is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking details. I am also happy to assist where possible.

Response Time
I personally respond to customer emails and aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours.

My goal is simple, if you buy a Racing Sparrow design, I want you to successfully build and enjoy it. I am here to help, not just to send files.
