Refund Policy

At Racing Sparrow, I want you to feel confident when purchasing a design.

All products sold on this site are digital downloads, such as STL and build files. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, refunds are not normally offered after a download has taken place.

However, if you have not yet downloaded your files and you change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible. If the files have not been accessed, I can disable the download link and issue a refund.

If something is not working as expected, please get in touch.

If you experience:

• A problem accessing your files

• Corrupt or missing files

• An issue that prevents you from using the design

• Or you are genuinely unsure how to proceed

Email me at info@racingsparrow.co.nz within 14 days of purchase and I will work with you to resolve it.

I personally respond to customer emails and aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours.

My goal is simple, if you buy a Racing Sparrow design, I want you to successfully build and enjoy it. I am here to help, not just to send files.
