Thank you for supporting Racing Sparrow.

By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.

Products
Products sold on this website may be either:

• Digital files (such as STL and build files)
• Physical products (such as 3D printed kitsets and components)

Digital products are delivered electronically. Physical products are manufactured and shipped to the customer.

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

Once files have been downloaded or accessed, sales are final and refunds are not normally provided. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more detail.

3D Printing and Use of Files

Digital files are designed for 3D printing by the purchaser.

Due to differences in printers, materials, and settings, Racing Sparrow does not guarantee identical results across all prints.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring their printer, materials, and settings are suitable for producing functional parts.

Files are provided for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use of the files or printed parts is not permitted without written permission.

Physical Products (3D Printed Kitsets)

3D printed parts are functional components. Minor surface variation and visible layer lines are normal and do not affect performance.

Each kit is produced with care, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact info@racingsparrow.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so the issue can be resolved.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted on physical products.

Shipping
Physical products are shipped using tracked shipping services.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Racing Sparrow will assist where possible with tracking and communication, but is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Intellectual Property
All designs, files, and content remain the intellectual property of Racing Sparrow.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any product without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
All products are provided as-is.

Racing Sparrow is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of digital files, printed parts, or completed models.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to use all products safely and appropriately.
