By purchasing and downloading products from this website, you agree to the following terms:

All products are digital files delivered electronically.

Once files have been downloaded or accessed, sales are final.

Files are provided for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is not permitted.
Because delivery is automatic and immediate, refunds are not normally provided once download access has been granted. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more detail.

Shipping
Some products may include physical components. These are shipped using tracked shipping services.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the purchaser. Racing Sparrow is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
All shipments include tracking so customers can follow the progress of their delivery.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, the purchaser should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
