This kit includes all structural 3D printed parts required to build the RS Ranger 695. The kit comes in four color schemes, green, red, blue, yellow.
The Ranger 695 is part of the Racing Sparrow range of modular RC sailboat designs.

What does the kit include?
The kit includes the 3D printed components.

- B-rig components (White) - including spares incase you break while building
- Tools - for the build, funnel, stands
Does the kit include electronics?
No. You will need to supply a transmitter, receiver, servos and battery.
Do I need a 3D printer?
No. All structural printed parts are included in the kit.
How long does it take to build?
Most builders complete the boat in around 6–10 hours.
Are sails included?
No. Sail plans are included so you can make sails from common materials such as Mylar film.
Where does the kit ship from?
Kits are printed and shipped from Arizona, USA.
Are these kits available outside the USA?

Optimised Ranger Configuration
The printed kit comes with the recommended Ranger 695 configuration, using the B-rig sail plan and a 610g keel bulb.
This setup provides excellent balance and reliable performance across a wide range of wind conditions.
The digital file set includes additional rig options and bulb weights for builders who want to experiment, while the printed kit focuses on the configuration that works best for most sailors.
Retractable Keel & Rudder
The keel and rudder can be raised up, making the boat easier to handle, transport and store.
The keel can also be removed if needed, allowing different bulb weights to be fitted.
The keel structure uses carbon reinforcement for strength and stiffness while keeping the design simple and easy to repair.
